FASCINATION ABOUT FE²�?ZNS CRYSTAL

Fe:ZnSe clear ceramics were prepared by spark plasma sintering. Fe:ZnSe powders synthesized via co‐precipitation yielded very well‐dispersed particles with a mean particle size of 550 nm. These powders ended up from the cubic stage Fe:ZnSe, indicating the productive substitution of Fe²�?for Zn²�? The highest relative density, ninety nine.
